the plan for this to serve as an aperitif. Service is extremely slow even at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night. Unfortunately it is different but still quite similar to the old Hilton - not that much better- new name,new paint. This is the "renewed" Hilton hotel restaurant. The food itself was very good, but we likely won't be back. As I say down to write this review, I just noted that we weren't charged for our two iced teas - I'm not sure if those were comped for the service issues, or if they were just overlooked in the haphazard service. At one point, he tried to be helpful, but instead he delivered us the meal for the table next to us. The Manager (odd guy) kept coming over to "check" on us, but besides apologizing, he didn't seem to be very competent. Unfortunately the meals come out as they're ready, so the first person was done with hear meal before the third person even got theirs. There were three of us there, and we each ordered something different. They offer salads, flatbreads, burgers and steaks. The setting is eclectic, so we were excited. Upon arrival, the hostess looked at us like we were crazy having made a reservation - I guess they're used to hotel traffic. With such great reviews, were were looking forward to The Lab at the Hilton.
